What if there's something broke during my shipment?

Any breakage in shipment must be reported to Cone No.9 within 3-5 days of receiving the shipment and provide Photos to our representative after checking all the details , Items are Refunded according to the invoice price to you within 7-10days.

If I would like to return the products from the cause of Natural Process?

We will not be held responsible for it. All product from Cone No.9 are Natural manufacturing. Our material and process result in natural variation from piece to piece and we proudly Handcraft our ceramics in a way that's Uniquely.

What if my order Lost or Delaying during the Shipment?

We will assist you Carry on with the process with the Courier till your order is delivered to your hand. The Courier Company is solely responsible for everything. However, for large orders, we strongly advise you to purchase additional shipping insurance.

Can I cancel my order ?

You have 24 hours to cancel your order, and we will refund your money within 1-3 business days. We will not be held liable for this beyond 24 hours.
